The very first role of the Head of Sales is to provide leadership over the sales department.
The Head of Sales is in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets.
Head of Sales also manages the departmental calendar in regard to trading priorities inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities. In his leadership capacity, the Head of Sales introduces new brands and categories to the market by leading the sales teamapproximately 50 people in product selling target
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in any field
At least 10 years of experience in Sales in Property Industry is preferable
Being in Manager Level for more than 5 years
Proven record of succession according to Sales Target and manage at least 5 head counts of manager level
High ability to develop and implement of Sales strategy roadmap for Low rise residential products
Good background in Pre-Product Launch – Product Launch and Post Product Launch according to Sales target
Monitoring Sales Performance with good problem solving skills and work well under pressure and numeric lead
Well data utilization with team management skills and up lift sales skills into Sales team
