Define and implement automation strategy and frameworks for API, Web, and Mobile.
Build and maintain reliable test scripts with industry-standard tools and languages.
Execute automation tests across platforms:
API: Validate data integrity, performance, and security (REST/SOAP).
Web: Test functionality, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Mobile (Android/iOS): Test functional, performance, and UI aspects.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with teams to analyze requirements, design test plans and cases.
Manage defects: log, track, and re-test.
Contribute to performance and security testing (if needed).
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices.
Report on test execution, defects, and overall quality.
Stay updated with QA tools and methodologies.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a dedicated Senior Automation QA role.
Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
Hands-on expertise in:
API: Postman, Rest-Assured, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, Python requests…
Web: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
Mobile: Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Kotlin, or Swift.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps…).
Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr…).
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Working experience in a Trading system/Fintech environment is a significant plus.
Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Familiarity with security testing and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Open-source contributions or strong GitHub profile.
Relevant QA/automation certifications.
