Primary Function:

Educational Background:
- Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any 4 years bachelor’s degree course.
Experience:
- Must have at least 1 year of work experience in related field, preferably in semiconductor industry.
Knowledge, Skill And Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work with others towards a common goal.
- Flexible and multi-tasked.
- Strong knowledge in MS Excel like creation of macro and LOOKUP functions
- Knowledge in SAP and background in semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead-times in a designated region
- Ensure customer orders are accurate before being loaded into the systems. 3. Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount.
- Manage the backlog of the customers.
- Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities in Thailand and Philippines to discuss delivery challenges.
- Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards.
- Identify and generate useful business intelligence and report to senior staff. 8. Recommend process improvements.
- Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
