Lead Marketing Campaigns: You will drive the growth of Grab as a platform by leading marketing campaigns focused on new user acquisition and user retention.
Strategic Campaign Execution: You will manage the end-to-end design and execution of strategic campaigns. This includes concept brainstorming, media strategy, and go-to-market strategies. You must react quickly to mid-campaign performance and optimize activities accordingly.
Manage In-App Media: Manage in-app media across all business verticals, ensuring optimal performance and aligned with business goals.
Monitor and Optimize Media Placements: Monitor, analyze, and optimize in-app media placements to maximize visibility and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with multi teams to roll out marketing campaigns and in-app media, ensuring they align with Grab's overall goals.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
At least 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or performance marketing.
Experience in meeting and achieve targets in a fast-growing startup environment.
Familiarity with technology, including generative AI or programming languages.
Experience engaging and influencing cross team members to achieve targets.
Experience to develop creative ideas for marketing through multiple channels to reach and engage consumers.
Ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications.
Proficiency in fluent spoken and written Thai and English.
