Associate, Content Marketing

Responsibilities

Creatives & Messaging Planning and Production:

• Manage and improve all qualitative aspects of paid channel ads: ad content / creative template design / messaging;
• Integrate different paid channel nature / ad formats with overall country branding communication roadmap and user lifecycle operation to build best practices for every single creative element
• Manage content production SOP from template design to channel output

Content Operation:

• Design content scripts for user growth products and promotion mechanism syncing with communication strategy and lift up the market influent
• Create engaging ad materials combined with exclusive platform offers or brand offers and user benefits

Communication Strategy:

• Design communication strategy for growth products to maximize the impact of onsite promotion mechanism across paid channels
• Keep up to date on local market viral trend, media channel browsing behaviour and user demographics to map out the most effective ways of content promotion pattern on story telling style / format / design

Innovation and Growth:

• Bringing paid channels to its full potential by testing the latest products and features
• Always challenge the status quo and suggest ideas for A/B & multivariate testing. Work closely with channel specialist to plan test, track test results and build up learning library

Requirements/Qualifications

• Have a good understanding of social media marketing, mobile app marketing landscape & online shopper journey
• Have a passion for good design, and an eye to distinguish a good ad content/creative vs a bad one, and always think from a user perspective to challenge the status quo
• 3+ years in user experience or relevant content marketing positions. Ecommerce industry is a plus
• Highly comfortable with numbers & excellent analytical skills
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Proficiency in English as a working language
• Experience with design software such as Photoshop, Sketch and Canva will be an advantage
