Responsible for coordination with in-house teams and/or outsource Designer Teams to develop Design work of the products under Double A Brand.
Coordinating and Working in conjunction with Real Estate Projects Team, Architects, Designers regards all the Design works.
Coordinate with all Brand and Design consultants to ensure consistency and compliance with Company Brand direction.
Coordinate activities both within the organization and outside.
Participate and be representative of Top Management in the concerned meetings or activities.
Act as a sounding board and communicator for Top Management in the assigned business or functions.
Prepare information and propose suggestions/recommendations of concerned issues for the Top Management, vice versa, communicate messages from the Top Management.
Summarize monthly and quarterly reports for the assigned business/functions.
Arrange the meeting, follow up, and monitor action plans.
Manage and Organize the President's personal and professional work.
Perform all duties assigned with discretion, professionalism, and a pleasant demeanor.
Communicate and collaborate with coworkers to ensure all assignments are smooth and perfectly completed.
Anticipate President and VIP quests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
Presentable in front of VIP.
Remain well-groomed at all times.
Manage and organize the owner's personal and professional work.
Ability to work under pressure and limited time.
Assist in special projects and others as assigned.

Experience 0-2 years as a Architects, Interior Design, Drawing. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, and other related fields.
Strong communication and Excellent co-ordination skills.
Fluent in both speaking and writing in Thai and English.
Strong English proficiency, TOEIC 800+ preferred.
Willing to relocate or travel for a business trip.
Willing to work in flexible working hours.
