Job Description

• Create marketing strategy to generate marketing income from Causal Leasing space, Media & Sponsorship from event & campaign with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning.
• Manage to get confirmation on time for overall sponsorship, resources allocation, media support, media return with good balancing of spending toward those activities with strong marketing efficacy measurement.
• Connect and strengthen relationship with partners to effectively utilize the space to benefit shopping centre.
• To explore potential partners in the market for business models that can gain more revenue and increase more sponsorship program.
• Communicate in advance to intra department as well as internal department for timeline of space utilization, so they can effectively use information for their purpose. Lead the merchandising event functional meeting with relevant partners.
• Regularly monitor the revenue and expense on merchandise events and shares the reports to VP of marketing.

Key Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration with concentration on marketing, management.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, strong on selling and negotiation skill.
