Responsibilities:
1) Identify needs for change:
- Work closely project team and stakeholders, to grasp current issues and requirements in order to formulate into potential solution, considering best operation & system practice and mitigation approach
- Keep up with rapidly changing industry demands and business needs
- Study, research, explore related practical theory external trends and research related to the business field and project area and build academic networking
- Conducts research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Review materials related to business imperatives
2) Diagnosis and analyze (Gap measurement):
- Collect primary data from stakeholders to understand their priorities and challenges
- Determine a set of companies to benchmark - Conduct a benchmarking study on the companies
- Perform assessment under supervision
3) Initiate Ideas, design prototype:
- Explore possible system, tool, implications and provide recommendations
- Collect a list of hypotheses
- Test hypotheses through interviews and/or focus groups
- Support and facilitate workshop
4) Govern and deploy for execution:
- Collaborate with a project team to develop proposal, governing rules for processes and systems.
- Tracking, monitoring and report progress and concerns issues to project leader.
5) Conduct change management (ADKAR):
- Prepare communication materials to transfer, educate, and communicate Know-Hows for gaining a complete understanding of specific goals and objectives
- Gather and summarize feedbacks from the key leaders and employee groups
- Facilitate and communicate project rollout governance and activities needed to ensure all aspect of the projects are aligned and risk being managed
6) Consult, provide recommendation:
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to users and stakeholders related
- Give advise line manager / employee regarding deliverables; tools & frameworks, mechanism, and application
- Develop manual, tool kit, manual and FAQ needed
- Prepare education and communication session for each target group
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies
- Good communication in both spoken and written in English (required TOEIC at least 550)
- Practical experience in Learning and Development

- Able to work at Rayong province
