Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Manages sales of General Trade (DT) within a defined geographical area. Ensure consistent profitable growth, positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarter, and month turnover, both primary and secondary sales for the assigned territory
Develop specific plans to ensure turnover growth in UTT’s product portfolio
Coordinate proper distributors resources to ensure efficient and consistence sales results
Reviews progress of sales, execution score, direct coverage, and relevant project throughout the year
Work closely with DT Owner, DT Supervisor, DT Sales force, and closely work in the market. Direct contact with shop owner and consumer.
Manage personnel and develop distributor’s salesman field competency and skill development.
Ensure compliances of sales policies, practices and procedures
Qualifications:
2-3 years in Area Sales Manager experience is require.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team management
Good observation & Good instinct
Immediate problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as required.
Require professional work, due diligence and performing responsible tasks as assigned. High responsibility on compliance.
