Application Engagement Specialist
Responsibilities:
Related to formulating online user activity strategies, collaborating with marketing events, managing the Application user community.
1. Formulate online user activity strategies and plans based on the Great Wall Motor Application platform functions. Continuously explore activity gameplay and patterns, and regularly analyze accumulated activity data.
2. Collaborate with company and brand-level marketing events, link online and offline channels, and work with designers, marketing, brand, and other departments to promote event execution. Control the implementation process and be responsible for the final results.
3. Perform daily maintenance of the online user community, actively participate in user interaction, and address user needs and concerns.
4. Monitor public opinion, including reviewing content posted by users, deleting illegal content, and handling user complaints.
5. Provide support for other Application related tasks such as points business, points mall, vehicle mall, and official website operation.
Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with the technical aspects of Application, online platforms user activities, content creator
2. Proven ability to formulate effective online user activity strategies and plans on application
3. Experience in monitoring social medial public opinion, including reviewing content posted by users and addressing user complaints.
4. Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, both within the organization and externally.
5. Good command of English, Chinese is advantage.
