    SEO Specialist (Off-page)

    Position Details

    Job Description:


    • Manage SEO projects and support the delivery of key tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high quality
    • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics internally and to clients
    • Assist in developing comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance search visibility
    • Conduct basic website audits to identify SEO website issues and opportunities
    • Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner and Ahref, SEMrush
    • Ensure content is optimized for target keywords and engages the intended audience
    • Conduct off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority, as well as assisting in exploring new placements
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and search engine algorithms
    • Proactively identify opportunities for clients and suggest ways to improve overall performance
    • Share SEO knowledge internally and externally to enhance team capabilities and client relationships


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science or a related field
    • At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or executing SEO campaigns
    • Experience working with Agency Environment is a plus
    • Experience with on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including technical SEO is a plus
    • Strong in backlink building and identify new outreach opportunities
    • Familiarity with WordPress or other content management system (CMS)
    • Familiarity with Generative AI, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and so on is a plus
    • Experience working on the tools and analytics platforms – i.e. Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, AccuRanker, Ahrefs, and SEMRushProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Proficient in spoken and written English (TOEIC >650 / IELTS >6.0 will be a plus)
    • Good at problem-solving and have strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from SEO data
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively for both client interactions and internal collaboration
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Hunger for learning new and varied tasks
