    Senior New Business Manager

    Position Details

    About the role:


    • Research, identify and pitch to prospective agencies and brands to achieve the department’s revenue target
    • Create innovative commercial propositions and effective response to briefs using the artist roster, global priorities and assets
    • Prepare business cases and negotiate agreements with the brands, agencies or clients for all deals
    • Proactively service clients and build successful long-term relationships with all key contacts
    • Lead the implementation and project management of campaigns/activations to ensure excellent delivery of all deal obligations
    • Select and manage all 3rd party contractors and liaise with artist management and internal stakeholders
    • Thoroughly understand and able to initiate P/L sheet; also able to maintain the profitable margin
    • Manage post-campaign reporting and case studies
    • Contribute to the growth of the company through managing and leading the successful and proficient team members


    Desirable Traits:


    • Bachelor degree or higher or relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing or other related field
    • Strong business development experience for at least 5 years and proven ability to deliver commercial results. Ideally you have worked in a creative agency or branded entertainment environment
    • Prior experience working in a client-facing and/or sales role will be an advantage. Existing network of key brand and agency contacts is a plus
    • Excellent communication skills, extensive experience in client presenting / pitching and advanced negotiation skills
    • Entrepreneurial, creative and innovative. Ability to understand the bigger picture, internal and external context to create out of the box opportunities
    • Good financial understanding including budget management
    • High problem-solving skill and strong attribute in time & project management
    • Passionate about music is a super plus
