Sales Engineer Supervisor (Solar)

• Male/Female, age 30 years up
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer, Energy Engineer, or related fields
• Have 3-5 years of experience working as a sales supervisor in a large industrial group or solar rooftop project
• Leadership skills, Positive attitude, able to withstand work pressure, able to design and estimate electrical system cost (BOQ)

รายละเอียดงาน :

• Design, survey, prepare, inspect the construction drawings and quotations.
• Present work to customers in order to obtain sales as specified by the company.
• Participate in the preparation of budgets and plans for project management.
• Supervise the construction to ensure that the construction works are in accordance with the Company's standards and other relevant standards.
• Follow up on the work of the project management department and provide advice on solving various problems to ensure smooth construction.
• Coordinate with agencies both internal and external the organization to apply for various licenses.
• Check and find competitors’ information for the project.
• Manpower planning and determine the characteristics/qualifications of personnel in the department in accordance with the size of the business to be a guideline for recruiting and developing personnel to achieve quality and competence as required under the company's goals and policies
