Public Area Attendant

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and corridors
• Launder linens and towels to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, and taking reservations
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
• Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and cleaning techniques
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
