Serve as team member on multiple proposals, supporting any aspect required.
Coordinate effective proposal management, including creating of proposal calendars for review, supporting internal review processes, synthesizing proposal inputs, preparing for final submission and effectively transitioning awarded Oil and Gas projects for implementation.
Draft non-technical proposal content, and ensure non-technical proposal content responds to donor needs and interests
Qualifications
Bachelor in any fields (new graduates are welcome).
Background 1 – 3 years in Proposal Documents, Customer Services, Sales Coordinator, Administrator in Oil and Gas fields.
Interpersonal skill with service minded.
Good command of reading and writing in English with computer literacy.
