    Product Sales Manager

    Position Details

    Portfolio Management

    • The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing web portfolio planning for all product lines through lifecycle management of existing products & services as well as creating and integrating new products
    • and product changes. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing execution of quarterly campaigns.
    • Mid-term (6-9 months) product portfolio planning management across product categories including deciding the pricing strategy.
    • Collaborating with AP & BU Teams to ensure effective portfolio readiness for TH based on market intelligence & on-ground competition portfolio analysis.
    • Analyzing and understanding consumer profile, RTMs, Trade & competitive dynamics & landscape
    • Ensuring portfolio certification readiness based on TH policy requirements (BIS etc.)
    • Work with relevant internal stakeholders to help to design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions
    • Use industry reports data to analyze TAM and identify growth opportunities
    • Align with segment team to design SMB product roadmap planning & new product launches
    • Demand forecasting / planning + inventory management
    • Work with merchandising and marketing team to execute promotional activities
    • Monitor/manage pricing comparison to ensure market competitiveness
    • Weekly sales analysis to help support decision making in sales & promotion focus
    • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to execute 4P initiatives


    4P integration

    • In-depth understanding & analysis of subscribed market Intelligence reports to shape an effective portfolio for TH.
    • Product championship, training and Sales Enablement to internal as well as external teams
    • Assist the product team to drive qualitative business health parameters such as Premium mix, Industry differentiator / first to market product offerings
    • Managing relationship with alliance partners for annual alignment and fund management.


    Position Requirements:

    • Must Have: Bachelors degree in business/ marketing/ engineering
    • Desired: MBA
    • Overall 8+ years’ experience across product management (minimum 3+ years) & sales.

    • The person should be passionate and willing to work in a entrepreneurial, collaborative & limited information environment which is highly dynamic
