International Trade Director / Export Sales (Managerial Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance and expand our international trade presence in assigned country.
• Lead a team of international trade specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, industry associations, and business partners.
• Oversee the negotiation of complex trade agreements, contracts, and partnerships to drive business growth and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and economic changes affecting international trade in responsible country.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, legal, and logistics to align international trade strategies with overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and ethical standards.
• Evaluate and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in international trade operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on international trade activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Masrer’s degree in International Business, Economics, or related field
• Proven track record of leadership in international trade.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and market dynamics in oversea market.
• Strong team management.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
