Head of Mortgage Direct Sales

Roles and responsibilities:

• Recruit and arrange mobile sales team (Mobile Mortgage Manager and agents).
• Develop sales action plans.
• Ensure the quality of product knowledge, sales skill and service of sales team meets bank’s standard.
• Manage and supervise sales team to perform tasks effectively to achieve sales team & individual target.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance to comply with sale target and bank’s policy.
• Co-ordinate with related units for smoothly proceeding internal loan process.
• Solve and support on any problem happened.
• Regularly revisit Developer for maintain good relationship.

Secured Lending Products:

• Home Loan.
• Refinance.
• Home Equity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Finance & Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years experience in Mortgage Sales, Home Loan, Home Equity or banking industry.
• Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
• Strong in communication skills.
• High achievement drive.
