Participate in and manage all stages of financial due diligence for Merger and Acquisition opportunities.
Be the part of the team to conduct and/or verify the feasibility study of new investment opportunities.
Develop complex and integrated financial models for investment evaluation.
To evaluate the bankable characteristic of the project and execute the preliminary sounding with related parties to obtain the financing assumption for the project valuation.
By coordinate with related department, to manage the financial risks consequently arise from new investments.
To support and provide the necessary input to the business development team for the Company’s internal approval process.
To coordinate with other F&A function to ensure the smooth transition to project execution phase.
To analyze financial environment of the Company’s focus countries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance/Banking /Accounting/Economic/Engineering or related fields
At least 5 years of experiences as Investment banker (IB), Corporate finance role, M&A investment or financial analyst
Financial Model Background is preferable
Knowledge in corporate finance, project finance and debt capital market is preferable
At least 5 years of experiences as Investment banker (IB), Corporate finance role, M&A investment or financial analyst

Be able to manage all tasks on time and high commitment
Good command of English and computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
