Customer Service Support (Rotational Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with clients via call and live chat.
• Handle difficult enquiries from clients accurately.
• Understand company's products and introduce to customers.
• Ensure good quality communication with all customers.
• Assist in preparing reports and present to the management.
• Develop new/potential customers and maintain good relationship with existing customer through various channels.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Gather feedback and recommendation from customers and share with internal teams.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of relevant working experience
• Able to rotational shift (latest end at 12am) , work from home available for night shift.
• Good command in Thai and English ,proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• Have a good sense of customer service / sales
• Having trading experience will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates or candidate without experience are welcome to apply as training is provided
