1. Define strategies and plan departmental goals to achieve the company's objectives.
2. Develop competitive capabilities and explore new business channels for the company.
3. Manage and oversee agency representatives both domestically and internationally, including finding new sales and marketing channels for the company.
4. Foster competitiveness and develop new business channels for the company.
5. Evaluate the performance of the entire team, collect data, including sales reports and other assigned tasks, and report to superiors.
6. Manage the sales team, plan staffing levels to align with project sales targets, select suitable sales personnel, and assign them as liaisons with other departments.
7. Set goals and conduct performance evaluations to enhance the capabilities of subordinates.
8. Manage the sales customer journey to maximize satisfaction.
9. Summarize and analyze customer data regarding purchasing behavior and preferences, as well as competitor analysis, to provide marketing recommendations.
10. Gather, compile, analyze, and control project expenses within the allocated budget.
11. Resolve problems, make decisions, and analyze issues to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations.
12. Develop the team's skills and progress in their respective fields.
13. Adhere well to the company's policies and effectively communicate them to superiors.
14. Manage and control the sales team's work to meet the designated sales targets, provide consultation, analyze problems, and collaborate with various departments to ensure the best customer service.
15. Provide guidance and train sales personnel to effectively close sales with customers, develop training programs relevant to their work and skills, and enhance the sales network both domestically and internationally.
16. Coordinate internal and external collaboration to ensure smooth and successful workflow according to established guidelines.
17. Contribute to presenting various company policies.
18. Perform other duties assigned by management.

คุณสมบัติหลัก

1. Completed a bachelor's/master's degree in any field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Proficient in English communication skills.
4. Proficient in Chinese communication skills.
5. Creative thinking and the ability to propose new marketing perspectives and strategies for the company.
6. Basic understanding of business management, finance, marketing, real estate, architecture, and related fields.
7. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
8. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM, NAV, or previous experience working with sales management systems.
9. Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Willingness to travel to different provinces or countries.
