Business Development Officer (Learn Education)

Responsibilities

• Identify high potential markets and their pain points in order to offer relevant and valuable solutions to the customers.
• Ideate new business models with the consideration of long-term scalability and sustainability and prioritize projects based on costs versus benefits.
• Translate abstract business ideas into concrete and actionable strategies.
• Leverage the understanding of business strengths to maximize product potential and provide practical solutions to overcome business constraints.
• Research, plan and execute product development or market development.
• Establish action plans for business projects and evaluation criteria in order to further expand upon future opportunities.
• Liaise and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , Finance or related fields
• 1 - 2 years of work experience in Business Development, Project Management or any role which involves working with cross functional stakeholders, familiarity with B2B business is a plus.
• Passionate about improving the education system where students are at the center of the business.
• Comfortable with performing various non-routine tasks and able to handle multiple business projects simultaneously.
• Able to occasionally travel upcountry.
