• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain existing business relationships, receive orders, and establish new business relationships.
• Develop weekly and monthly work plans for submission to the Department Head and Board of Directors for approval, and implement according to the plan.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, pricing, advantages, and disadvantages of our products, similar products, and competitors' products.
• Receive and handle customer complaints regarding product quality and delivery times.
• Monitor the order settlement process and assist the accounting department in expediting debt collection.
• Develop business in the assigned area.
• Be responsible for sales revenue and accounts receivable within the agreed-upon individual sales targets.
• Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
