Position Details
Phát triển, quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ, bao gồm kỹ năng chuyên môn và thái độ làm việc. Develop, manage, and mentor the team, focusing on both professional skills and work ethic.
Tham gia thiết kế và chỉnh sửa hình ảnh, video (Motion, Animation, 3D…) theo yêu cầu. Collaborate on creating and editing visual content (images, motion graphics, 3D animations) as needed.
Chịu trách nhiệm về hiệu suất nhóm và chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra. Ensure team productivity and deliver high-quality outputs.
Quản lý quy trình kiểm tra chất lượng hàng ngày: xử lý hình ảnh, video, kiểm tra yêu cầu, giám sát tiến độ và giao hàng đúng hạn. Oversee daily QC processes: review visuals, validate briefs, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Phân công công việc dựa trên ưu tiên và khối lượng công việc của từng thành viên. Allocate tasks effectively according to priorities and individual workload.
Ứng dụng công cụ AI để tối ưu hóa quy trình thiết kế video và hình ảnh. Leverage AI tools to streamline video and image production workflows.
Báo cáo kết quả công việc hàng tuần cho Trưởng bộ phận và thực hiện các yêu cầu bổ sung. Present weekly team reports to the Department Head and fulfill additional requests.
