    Position Details

    หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the executive. 
    • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. 
    • Reserve the hotel or airline ticket. 
    • Coordinate about the individual document's executive's both of domestic and overseas. 
    • Send an E-mail (Formal Form) in English to our Business partner. 
    • Communicate in English with our partners both Thai and foreigners. 
    • Prepare the presentation of the executive meeting. 
    • Coordinate with other internal departments to achieve stuff. 


    คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

    •  Bachelor’s degrees in Faculty of Liberal Arts / English Communication / International Business / English Business or other relevant fields 
    •  Must have good command both speaking and writing in English 
    •  Good interpersonal skills, service-minded and mature 
    •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Powerpoints, Words ) 
    •  Able to use google calendar to schedule an appointment 
    •  Ability to work under pressure and solve unexpected problems in an appropriate manner 
    •  Willingness to be flexible 
    •  There are TOEIC 800 scores and IELTS test 8 scores 
    •  Minimum grade 3.00
