If you know the name “Beerrtoshare,” you probably recognize her as a content creator sharing how-to tips, self-development advice, and creative inspiration online. But behind the scenes, Beer wears far more hats than people realize.
Alongside building her own platform, she also runs a small full-service marketing agency that helps brands with content creation, advertising, and website development, balancing both the creator world and the business side at the same time.
Many people think content creation is simply about “making viral posts.” But Beer sees it differently.
“Going viral is luck.”
For her, real success in content is not measured by one viral clip. It is about consistency, building a relationship with your audience, and creating content that either you genuinely enjoy making or your audience truly connects with.
Sustainable content creation is not about chasing trends every day — it is about showing up consistently over time.
When asked what skills matter most for aspiring creators, Beer answered immediately:
Video Editing
Storytelling
“Back then, writing was the main skill. Today, editing matters even more,” she explained.
While AI tools can now assist with scripting and brainstorming, strong editing skills are still what make content engaging and visually appealing. The good news? You do not need to master everything before you start. These skills improve naturally through practice.
According to Beer, two underrated but essential skills are:
Storytelling
Content Planning
Many beginners turn on the camera and start filming immediately, but Beer believes scripting and planning content beforehand creates clarity and consistency — the difference between creators who grow long-term and those who stop after a few posts.
Beer enjoys using Canva for visual work and believes AI can be incredibly helpful for scriptwriting and ideation.
However, she emphasizes one important mindset:
“Using just one tool is never enough.”
Creators should experiment with multiple tools and learn how to use each one strategically rather than expecting a single platform to solve everything.
Beer originally started as a Graphic Designer using Adobe tools. Later, while building her agency, she learned advertising and marketing which eventually led her into the world of content creation.
Her advice for people wanting to switch careers?
Try different things first and discover what you genuinely enjoy. Once you find the path you love, commit fully to becoming great at it.
For beginners without experience, Beer believes portfolios matter more than anything.
She even recommends doing free work at first if necessary:
“If your work is genuinely good, clients will recommend you.”
She also stresses the importance of personal branding, consistency, patience, and putting yourself in environments where opportunities happen — such as workshops, seminars, and networking events.
But most importantly: be prepared when opportunities come.
According to Beer, the people who benefit most are:
“People with ideas but no idea where to start.”
One of the biggest barriers in content creation is simply posting the first piece of content. After that, consistency becomes the real challenge — which is why having a content plan matters so much.
Beer shared that she wishes she had understood earlier:
The importance of building a personal brand
The value of posting content sooner
Communication and client management skills
Things like sending emails, creating invoices, negotiating deals, and handling clients may seem small, but they are essential for running a sustainable creative business.
“If you cannot run, walk. If you cannot walk, crawl. Just keep moving one step at a time.”
And for anyone dreaming of becoming a creator, she leaves this advice:
“If you want to become a content creator, choose consistency — not perfection.”
Because in the end, her goal as both a creator and coach is simple: to help people make content creation feel easier, stay motivated, and most importantly and never give up.
