Warehouse Supervisor

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Assign work to Inventory Handlers based on daily department needs, ensure quality products are produced and achieve department metrics.
• Conduct human resource activities which may include approving time off, conducting performance appraisals, coaching and disciplinary action and maintaining company policies and procedures.
• Provide mentoring, leadership and direction for assigned team.
• Effectively communicate daily schedules, goals, quality issues/concerns between shifts to ensure customer expectations are met. Follow proper escalation process when necessary.
• Ensure individuals are trained and ensures personnel are compliant with all applicable SFT training requirements. Intelligently flex those you oversee to meet customer schedules based on training and skill sets.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field

Other Qualifications:

• Experience managing a staff of 15+ associates that include supervision is preferred.
• A sound understanding of inventory control processes is required.
• Possesses the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient Google Workspace or Excel user.
• Experience with the proper use of material handling equipment is preferred.
• General office equipment and materials.
