Sustainability Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to enhance social impact initiatives for local community, such as community development, career development, education development, health & well-being etc.
• Project-based role focusing end-to-end project management, planning and implementation of various initiatives under Sustainability Department
• Responsible for CSV project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation
• Draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
• Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks and resources
• Ensure that every party involved in the projects are doing their part timely and accurately
• Develop CSV events/activities and ensure to gain exposure.
• Overseeing all aspects of CSV event, event planning, including finances, contracts, timelines, staffing, and vendors.
• Develop CSV event communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
• Pre- and post-campaign evaluations, impact analysis, traffic count, and budgeting
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and regulations relevant to our industry.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, social science, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in project management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in CSV project management, sustainability, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex CSV projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in managing expectations, communicating with stakeholders, and handling various business process-related projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skill
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Good team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact.
• Modern trade experience is preferable.
• Prefer experiences on leading project for social enterprise
