Supply Innovation Intern

What you'll do:

• Drive service level, operations performance and efficiency for supply globally
• Operational Excellence: Provide daily operations support to the team to ensure supply excellence. Develop processes, guidelines training materials, guidelines for internal teams and self-service suppliers
• Program Management: support rolling out all kinds of programs globally to enhance business performance and increase team efficiency. Work closely with tech team on new tech features to enhancement customer experiences and improve internal operation efficiency
• Data Analysis: support day to day data operations and new business opportunity analysis

What you’ll need:

• Interested in start-up and travel products
• Fluent spoken and written English, good communication and presentation skills. Fluent Chinese is a plus
• Result-oriented and details focused
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
• Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast paced environment and constantly evolving environment
• Analytical with a strong bias for data-based decisions, able to distill insights with data from multiple sources
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
