Prepare credit risk and Bankwide reports and dashboards with analysis to support management decision
Ensure Bankwide risk overview is in place, set up Bankwide risk appetite and limits, for credit exposure, and all concentrations: Industry, country, SEL
Monitor all risk drivers and challenge BU and BU Risk teams
Participate in the management meeting (RPC, ROC, CEC, etc.) to gather, support or provide additional information, when necessary , follow up and update actions list
Be a representative of Risk Policy and Credit Risk Intelligence (RPCRI) towards CRO to address ad hoc requests, be as one single point of contact for BU stakeholders and Finance and other Credit Risk Management teams to gather information, provide recommendation or analysis ,consolidate requirements from working group, and provide clarification to ensure that misunderstanding and confusion are minimized.
Develop advance credit risk measurement to serve requirements within RPCRI and Business Units
Engage relevant stakeholders and provide requirements to the Data team to develop structural database for reporting usage.
Qualifications;
Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics or other related fields.
Minimum 7 years ’ experience in banking or finance service industry with emphasis on credit risk management, credit portfolio management,
Consumer products, Credit Cycle process, Debt analysis, etc.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to work on multi task and self driven personality
An experience in the field of IFRS 9 models and of prudential regulations is preferred
Good Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Solid credit and MIS analytical with problem solving skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word applications
