Specialist - Portfolio Management (Automotive Lending)

Responsibilities

Portfolio Analysis:

●Monitor and analyze the performance of the automotive lending portfolio, including loan/lease performance metrics, delinquency rates, and profitability.

●Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing portfolio performance and trends.

Risk Assessment:

●Assess credit risk associated with the portfolio, identifying potential issues and recommending risk mitigation strategies.

●Conduct thorough credit reviews and analyses for new and existing accounts.

Strategic Planning:

●Develop and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance, including adjusting credit policies and enhancing product offerings.

●Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to ensure alignment on portfolio management strategies.

Compliance Management:

●Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to automotive lending.

●Stay updated on changes in lending regulations and implement necessary adjustments to portfolio management practices.

Collaboration:

●Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, and collections, to enhance portfolio performance and customer experience.

●Participate in meetings and contribute insights related to portfolio management

strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

●Identify areas for process improvement within portfolio management operations.

●Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing the portfolio.

Qualifications:

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

•Minimum of 10 year of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.

•Strong understanding of automotive lending products and market dynamics.:
