Product Development: Lead the end-to-end process of building and launching innovative products, from ideation, design, and development to deployment.
Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Business, Legal, Operations, and Finance) to ensure the timely delivery of products and features.
Research & Analysis: Gather and analyze user insights, market trends, and business needs to shape product strategies that align with Zalo’s mission and industry standards.
Measurement & Optimization: Defined and analyzed product performance metrics; leveraged data-driven decisions to optimize product quality.
Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest market trends, user demands, and business directions to adapt and refine product strategies accordingly.
At least 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer-facing mobile platforms and digital services.
Strong background in UI/UX, user analysis, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and business growth strategies.
Solid knowledge of the tech industry, digital platforms, and user experience. Experience working with technical teams is a plus.
Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
