Senior Manager Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment and Strategy:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive risk assessment frameworks tailored to the Thai securities market.
• Identify and evaluate financial, market, and operational risks associated with our activities.
• Formulate and execute risk mitigation strategies that align with the firm's business objectives.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay updated on Thai financial regulations and ensure the firm's activities comply with local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to address regulatory concerns and facilitate audits and examinations.

Risk Reporting:

• Prepare regular risk reports tailored to local and regional requirements for senior management and the board.
• Maintain a real-time risk monitoring dashboard to ensure timely risk assessment.

Risk Culture and Training:

• Promote a strong risk-awareness culture throughout the organization in line with Thai market practices.
• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on risk management best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in risk management within the Thai securities or financial services industry, with a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
• Proven track record of managing risk management functions in a leadership capacity.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a focus on Thai market conditions.
• Thorough knowledge of Thai financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex risk information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Leadership and team management experience.
