Senior Accountant | AP&AR

Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s daily tax matters, including tax filings and business registration related to digital transactions
• Assist in accounting for digital assets and timely preparation of financial reports, including financial statements, expense reports, and digital asset reports
• Review and verify all expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and verifying related vouchers, smart contracts, and receipts
• Handle daily fund receipts and payments for both digital assets and fiat currencies, including managing cryptocurrency wallets and multi-signature wallets
• Manage financial documentation, including collecting, compiling, and archiving digital asset transaction records and on-chain transaction records
• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends to ensure the security and compliance of fund transfers, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information related to digital assets, and support blockchain transparency audits
• Participate in the development and improvement of financial policies and procedures related to digital assets, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as Intermediate Accountant, CPA, or ACCA are preferred
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in local accounting policies and tax regulations. Skilled in using various office and financial software
• Detail-oriented, strong execution capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be highly advantageous
