1. Dealer/ Partner Service
- Sell motor insurance through dealer and partner networks.
- Cultivate and expand the motor dealer channel.
- Maintain strong relationships with Dealers/ Partners to maximize sales volume.
- Grow the network through dealer and partner channels.
- Create sales campaigns and set KPIs for Dealers/ Partners to boost sales.
- Conduct non-life insurance training for current and potential dealers, explaining policy coverage and the claims process.
- Organize risk management seminars for current and prospective dealers.
2. Dealer Support
- Help Dealers deliver high-quality service.
- Provide timely quotations via dealers (new & renewals).
- Issue insurance policies promptly.
- Identify and engage new dealers, encouraging them to sell insurance and provide dealer support.
- Report income & outcome for Dealers accurately.
3. Outstanding/Unclear Premium
- Track outstanding premium status and follow up on overdue payments to ensure full and timely collection.
- Monitor dealer input & output monthly.
4. Business Administration
- Report any unusual issues to management immediately.
5. Work with relevant divisions/departments on all related tasks.
6. Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
