Sales Director (Bangkok)

Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations and oversee all aspects of the sales process
• Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with clients
• Drive business development initiatives to expand our market presence
• Engage in business-to-business (B2B) sales activities to acquire new clients
• Conduct direct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with customers
• Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and objectives

Qualifications Sales Director

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales, account management, and business development
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
