Responsibilities

SDM – Active WS

• To lead Sub WS market development project
• Untap area/ Deep south with NEW RTM
• BI support and analysis , Customer master data , update weekly ,monthly sales performance and Forecast.
• Center co-ordinate with internal department (Fin/SC/GTM)
• Lead WS Streamline process for stale, direct payment, digital factory etc.
• FOC Automation project leading & implementation.
• Digitalize Stock monitoring report.

Qualifications

SDM – Active WS

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 5 years of experience in TT field sales
• Strong in communication and negotiation skills
• Result oriented.
• Good leadership skills with Positive thinking and Can-do-attitude
• Strong team building and coaching.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Good Business Acumen & understand customer P&L drivers.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Microsoft office skill and presentation skill
• Advance in Microsoft Excel, Power BI etc.
• Mobility to work in upcountry.
• Good Command of writing and speaking in English and Thai.
