Renewal Management: Proactively monitor upcoming contract or subscription renewals, ensuring timely communication with tenants.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, understanding their needs and concerns to effectively address them during the renewal process.
Negotiation: Collaborate with tenants to negotiate renewal terms, including pricing, contract duration, and service levels, with the aim of maximizing renewal rates and revenue.
Administrative Task: Ensure all renewal documentation is accurately processed and maintained in the admin panel.
Units Termination: Inform the tenant of the current situation and present the alternative room options available in our inventory. Arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate all terms with the tenant, and ensure they move into the selected unit before the handover date. Internally coordinate with the owner engagement team for support and updates from the owner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Pursuing a degree in business administration, marketing ,economics or a related field (or recent graduate).
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
