Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning sessions and manage project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure objectives are met.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and address issues proactively.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to accurately gather and negotiate project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams, including solution architects, technical leads, development managers, QAs, and DevOps engineers, to ensure alignment and progress.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project modifications, ensuring that all adjustments are implemented smoothly.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and accessibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Solid technical background, with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to manage sprints and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
