Product Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the customer support team to handle customer inquiries and support bug reports.
• Manage bug triage and work with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
• Work with product management to extract insights from product data and use them to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales and ops to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient product development and successful product launches.
• Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact product delivery and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
• Develop and implement processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product development processes and deliverables.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product operations or related field, with a proven track record of delivering/supporting successful products.
• Familiar/experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in software development, SaaS, or technology industry is a plus.
