Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

Division Management

• Be in charge of each division
• Review the report from promoter, Area managers, Regional Leaders and create meeting material with insight
• Participate related meeting (Daily/Weekly)
• Work closely with clients to get business direction and strategy
• Prepare execution plan and drive field force

Field management

• Consolidate the market sensing, sales data and highlight the points with clear insight
• Check the KPI achievement from field team and push results improvement.
• Prepare action plan for issues on the field or seasonal task force.
• Support filed force members to improve work process.

Qualification:

• Work experience as data analyst, operation manager for retail
• Understanding of retail business
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team
• Excellent communication skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts at one time
• Time management and multitasking skills to transition among accounts easily
• Ability to measure and analyses key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude
