Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Sales Officer in AEON MALL Ha Dong

- Work location:

AEON MALL Ha Dong

- Working time:

Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM & C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5-7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays

- Job summary:

Monitor business and operational activities of tenants in the shopping mall. Provide timely support to improve sales performance and operation of tenants to achieve company targets.

Detailed job description:

1. Conduct regular patrols of the mall to assess tenant situations and collaborate closely with tenants for seamless operations (15%);

2. Analyze daily tenant sales to identify strengths and weaknesses, conduct meetings with store managers to discuss product display, staff performance, and potential cooperative events (15%);

3. Regularly meet with store owners to strengthen relationships and boost sales (15%);

4. Address customer complaints and collaborate with store managers to develop effective solutions (10%);

5. Provide marketing support: assist with tenant promotions and AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon campaigns, working closely with the Marketing team to increase customer traffic and sales volume (15%);

7. Offer leasing support: assist with storage and billboard leases, manage tenant in-out plans, and guide new tenants through all regulations and procedures for smooth business operation (15%);

8. Process sales reports and prepare meeting materials for tenants (10%);

9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors (5%).
