Marketing Executive - Cement Tha Luang

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, plan, and formulate marketing strategies and channel positioning to differentiate products from competitors, aiming to drive sales growth in the low-rise housing market segment, targeting both individual homeowners and project developers nationwide.

• Gather customer needs and pain points to propose new solutions and develop marketing tools that enhance customer purchasing decisions.

• Plan and conduct market surveys to assess the needs of target customer groups.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop sales promotion plans and promotional campaigns.

• Contribute to the strategic direction and concepts for advertising and public relations materials to ensure alignment with sales targets and brand positioning.

• Prepare monthly reports related to sales performance and marketing activities.

• Coordinate the preparation of medium-term and action plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (GPA > 2.70).

• Good command of English (TOEIC score > 550).

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (new graduates are welcome).

• Strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of marketing and sales principles.

• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly HubSpot CRM.

• Proficient in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and Google Analytics.

• Knowledge of email marketing tools.

• Hands-on, specialist-oriented individual who enjoys practical and focused work.

• Willingness to travel and stay overnight in upcountry or international locations when required.

• Possess a valid driver’s license (owning a personal vehicle is not required).
