How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
1. Monitors performance of systems and equipment
a. Monitors and adjusts the productivity of the units (utilities consumption...) due to the customer agreement for optimal cost performance
b. Conduct quality assurance testing and maintains all required documentation
c. Participates with the Regional Maintenance Operations Manager to the cost estimates
d. Safely and efficiently supervises and conducts production unit start up and shut down operations in accordance with approved site work instructions and AL procedures.
e. Diagnoses and remedy process problems. Monitors and adjust plant power consumption for optimal cost performance. Conducts quality assurance testing and maintain all required documentation.
f. After each work execution, communicates with the Maintenance planner to ensure quality and integrity of the data in SAP.
2. Performs preventive maintenance and equipment failures repairs
a. Executes according planning the maintenance visit, with sub-contractor if required
b. Performs the maintenance work according procedure and standards
c. Contacts maintenance call-center if curative maintenance due over the planning
d. Prepares report and obtains maintenance intervention report customer signature. Confirms data in SAP (kilometers-time-spare parts used-cause of failure...)
e. While curative work notified or confirmed by tele-maintenance operator and spare parts received, executes the visit to customer site
f. Analyses (with sub-contractor if applicable) the trouble and confirms required work to perform. Performs the work
g. Communicates the spare parts used and obtains the intervention report signed by the customer
3. Ensures all quality & safety procedures are followed
a. Knows and respects the IMS procedures of related qualification domain. Ensures Compliances and applicates IMS rules
b. Assists the Quality team in the learning process of ISO norms and standards
c. Knows and respects the country SOPs and standards
4. Reports accurate and up-to-date maintenance information
a. Communicates with the Maintenance planner to ensure quality and integrity of the data in SAP and other computer generated reports.
b. Validates in the visit form the confirmation of the work performed (remote transfer)
c. Ensures completion of the malfunctions catalog
d. Writes consolidated reports on quality defects and customer complaints
5. Communicates potential problems that may affect capacity & quality
a. Identifies, diagnoses and remedies process problems through experience and trouble analysis the disfunctionment of gas equipments
b. Understand, monitor and take corrective actions after exchanges with experts to ensure product quality.
c. Safely and efficiently start-up, operate and shut-down process equipment
d. Observes work area(s) and is alert to and avoids unsafe behaviors and conditions or other hazards
e. Respects and promotes the Zero safety incident goa
