Kubix - Product and Business Development

Job description:

• Drive innovation products and new initiatives from ideation, conceptualization, prototyping, through to implementation and launch.
• Deliver and manage the roadmap for your production strategic level, analyze customer journeys, oversee user research and market research, analyze direct competitor in SEA market, define requirements, set timelines and lead a cross-functional team through product lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for new products that leverage KBANK ecosystem and its partners to provide unique and lasting customer value with regulatory compliance.
• Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible.

Job Qualification

• Over 3 years of experiences in financial industry, Product development, or IT industry
• Analytical and communication skill with ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear, simple, and actionable manner.
• Be a self-starter and visionary person with strong leadership and self-motivation capabilities.
• Have a startup founder mindset and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
• Be passionate about technology and comfortable to build business use cases around it.
• Understanding in digital asset industry and capital market are mandatory.
• Understanding in cryptocurrency is advantage.
