Key Responsibilities:
Product Definition and Strategy
- Write and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to clearly define product features, specifications, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and collaborate with different teams to understand user needs and market trends, and justify business rationale and financial model.
- Prioritize product features and define product roadmap.
- Define Critical User Journeys (CUJs) to ensure an exceptional user experience.
Product Metrics and Success
- Define and track product success metrics to measure performance and inform future product decisions.
- Advocate for the product internally and externally, driving product buy-in through Product Readiness Reviews (PRR) and Customer Operations processes (COPS).
- Conduct landing reviews to assess product performance post-launch.
- Manage user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
Collaboration and Communication
- Drive launch reviews in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product rollout and communication.
- Regularly publish and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
Leadership and Coordination
- Set Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product design aligns with user needs and expectations.
- Hold teams accountable for deliverables and timelines.
- Mitigate risks by identifying potential issues early and developing contingency plans.
- Handle escalations and clear blockers to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management.
- Proven experience in Payment, Wallet, Banking, Trading or relevant products.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the Payment, Wallet, Banking, Trading or relevant products.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, user research, and product development processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and strong passion for success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English with attention to detail.
