Job Description

• Manage investment product offering to achieve the sales and revenue target.
• Initiate new investment products with timely launch and ensure necessary approvals. Coordinate end-to-end with product providers, regional DII, sales channels, and other related parties.
• Monitor and evaluate products launched to gather information for future product opportunities.
• Keep up to date with investment product trends and macroeconomic trends in order to channel into and generate new product ideas.
• Launch and support marketing and promotional activities / sales campaigns for sales staff and customers.
• Manage relationships with fund house partners to ensure ongoing communication and co-operation.
• Ensure all products are compliant with corporate guidelines and regulations.
• Handle document process for investment products (e.g. fund agreements, fund fee reports, funds approvals).
• Assist to solve problems and handle customer complaints.
• Analyze imacro-economics and monitor the investment environment to construct an appropriate investment recommendation for clients.
• Continuously monitor investment products performance and dynamically change strategies according to the performance.
• Investment Process improvement and digital wealth product initiatives.
• Leadership and people management to drive for team development to ensure the competencies are robust and responsive to existing and future strategic direction of UOB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree major in engineering, business administration, finance, or marketing. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Retail Banking, Financial services with the strong background in investment product.
• Strong strategic thinking with analytical skill.
• High accountability.
• Strong team leader with good interpersonal skill.
• Strong project management skill.
• Able to manage/convince others.
• Good command of spoken/written English.
