Investor Relations & Corporate Finance Manager-Assistant Director (Ascend Money) experience in Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

• Establish and prepare monthly reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders such as shareholders and board of directors.

• Establish and maintain company financial model

• Deal with investors/brokers/analysts/banks and shareholders

• Responsible for tracking relevant news in the industry and identify areas of risks/opportunities, coordinate with related parties for action plan

• Assist in fundraising projects such as debt, bond issuance, equity raising, project financing and IPO

• Manage assigned M&A (both SellSide and buyside) and capital raising projects, including preparing a feasibility study, developing the financial model and valuation report to support the management’s decision-making

• Liaison with other departments to prepare relevant information for shareholders reporting

• Performed ad hoc reports / analysis on request

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related field

• [5+] years' experience in relevant areas such as investment banking, investor relations, or financial planning and analysis

• Strong analytical capabilities including financial modeling

• Strong computer literate in MS office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Passion in new technology (fintech and data center / AI)

• Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in Thai and English

• Positive attitude, responsible, forward thinking, committed to meet deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work flexibly
