Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational functions, including custodian services, settlement processes, operations support, account opening, and customer services, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute business strategies that support the company’s long-term growth and sustainability.
• Ensure the firm’s operations comply with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly those established by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across all operational areas.
• Oversee the integration of technology solutions to enhance trading capabilities, improve customer experience, and streamline operational functions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support the customer service teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the securities business, with at least 5 years in a senior operational management role.
• Strong understanding of the securities market, trading processes, and regulatory environment in Thailand.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make high-stakes decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process optimization and change management.
• Familiarity with financial technology and systems.
