Head of Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

• Create strategies and business plans for data monetization, data utilization, life cycle data management with the goal to enhance tenant sales and shopper experience.
• Understand business use cases to design and develop analysis, reports, dashboards that aim for data monetization
• Ensure that the necessary data analysis tools, platforms and technologies are available to process and visualize data effectively, supporting the decision-making process
• Oversee the mapping of data sources, data movement, interfaces, and analytics, with the goal of ensuring data quality
• Develop ‘flexible’ dashboards with great visualization for various departments and management levels. Ensure automation of regular dashboards/reports
• Document the projects and programs’ data architecture and environment in order to maintain a current and accurate view of the larger data picture for single source of truth
• Lead the team of Data Analysts and BI Analysts

Qualifications:

• At least seven years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics fields.
• Proficiency in BI tools, SQL and Python. Experience with a cloud data warehouse environment.
• Business minded. Understand how data might be used for management and working-level staff to understand business position and be able to make informed decision.
• Commercial minded. Ability to find ways to monetize/utilize data to enhance revenue and customer experience.
• Experience with Data, AI and its applications.
• Passionate technologist, keen to keep pace with the latest technologies and continuously refine your skills.
• Self-assured communicator, confident and impactful as a leader
• Experience in real estate and/or retail industry is a plus.
